CPH Women’s Race Training

Get ready for the CPH WoMen’s Race

Sparta organizes 4 weeks of free women’s only training that will get you fit for the CPH WoMens Race 5 or 10K on June 9th!

Each training session will consist of running, excercises and technique training to make you a stronger, faster and fitter runner.

Who can participate

The training is for women only. All exercises and running will be scaled to fit runners at all levels and ambitions – whether you are training for your first or your fastest 5 or 10K.
