Christopher Pettersson

I ran the Havneløbet last year with my brother-in-law. Now it’s become a tradition, so we’re doing it again. It’s also a great chance for me to work on my pace for the Copenhagen Half Marathon — in a real race setting.

It’s good training with all the twists and turns in Havneløbet. If I can handle that, I can handle the half marathon too.”

Lillian Rasch Madsen

“It’s a really nice and scenic route, clearly marked all the way. I love the downhill stretch by the fountain near the finish line — that’s just awesome. And it’s a very spectator-friendly race.

The timing is also perfect. It’s a great way to ease back into running after the summer and, for example, test your fitness before the DHL Relay.”

Peter Malinowsky

This is my first time running the Havneløbet. I used it as a 10 km test ahead of the Copenhagen Half Marathon. It’s honestly a great, flat route that takes you past a lot of interesting places.

It was also super easy to get to the race, and bib pick-up before the start went perfectly.”
