Thursday, August 13, we’re hosting the classic and super popular Løberen Havneløbet, where you can look forward to a wonderful summer evening with either a 5K or 10K run in beautiful surroundings.
When you cross the finish line, we will be ready with a delicious ice cream for you on the grass in front of Kastellet. And if that doesn’t quite satisfy your appetite, a food truck stand will be ready and waiting.
On race day, enjoy:

Bib Pickup at Løberen
You can pick up your race bib at Løberen’s store in Copenhagen (Nørre Farimagsgade 65) from Friday, August 7 to Wednesday, August 12. And it’s a great idea. By showing your race bib, you’ll get 20% off all shoes and clothes in the store.

Bib Pickup on race day
You can also pick up your race bib on race day, Thursday, August 13. Bib pickup will take place from 5:00 PM at the info tent in the start area.
Note: Please arrive at least one hour before your start time to allow plenty of time to queue for your bib, get changed, and warm up.

Do you have valuables you’d like to keep extra safe while you’re out on the course or relaxing on the grass after Thursday’s race?
This year, you can book a secure, lockable locker with Volt, conveniently located right next to the start area.
We’re delighted to be able to offer this service. It’s something many participants have requested over the years, as lots of runners come straight from work or university and bring laptops, bags and other valuables with them.
Simply book your locker directly with Volt, pay online, and you’ll receive your own personal access code. Only you can access your locker, making it a simple, secure and convenient solution.
Price: DKK 59 until Wednesday. On race day the price is DKK 75.
Access: From 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm on race day.

You have two options for picking up your race bib:
1. Bib pickup at the store Løberen
This year, for the first time, you can pick up your race bib at Løberen’s store in Copenhagen from Saturday, August 9 to Wednesday, August 13. And it’s definitely worth considering. Not only will you skip the queue on race day, but Løberen also has a range of exclusive in-store offers for race participants.You’ll find Løberen here:

You can also pick up your race bib on race day. Bib pickup will take place from the info tent in the start area starting at 5:00 PM on race day. The start area is located by The Gefion Fountain / Churchill Park, Copenhagen K.Please arrive at least one hour before your race starts, as we expect queues. There are many bibs to hand out.

Your bib number must be visibly placed on your clothing while running.
The timing chip is embedded in your bib, so please make sure not to bend it.
Also, avoid placing your arm in front of the bib when crossing the start or finish line (for example, when starting or stopping your sports watch).

We’ll send off the two distances at different times.
The 5 km starts at 18:30, and the 10 km runners will start at 19:00.

There will be a refreshment zones with water and energy drink in the start and finish area.
Since the route is 5 kilometers long, participants running the 10-kilometer distance can use the finish line station as a midway hydration point.

There will be a baggage tent in the start and finish area where you can store your bag during the race. The baggage storage opens at 5:00 PM.
Remember to clearly label your bag with your bib number. Storage is at your own risk.

Even though there’s plenty to look at along the beautiful route, it might pay off to put your foot down and keep your eyes on the finish line.
That’s because there are gift cards from Løberen for the first, second, and third place finishers in both the men’s and women’s categories in the 5K and 10K.
The prizes are distributed as follows:
• 1st place (M/F): 500 DKK
• 2nd place (M/F): 300 DKK
• 3rd place (M/F): 200 DKKNote: The gift cards must be used in Løberen stores and cannot be exchanged for cash.
